Production employee

As a production employee at Thielco, you are the hub for the customers and you contribute to the organization's results on a daily basis. You are concerned with safety, maintenance, quality and productivity.

Activities:

You will ensure that production continues steadily
You will set the machine in accordance with the working procedures
You solve minor problems
You will load products in and out of the machine
You monitor and control the quality of the products

Profile:

You are motivated and are looking for a long-term job
You want to work in 3 shifts
You speak the Dutch, English or German language
You are eager to learn and a go-getter

Maintenance mechanic

As a maintenance technician, you ensure the quality of the machines and that production can continue to run. You do this both proactively and reactively. You will often tinker and maintain the machines or solve malfunctions.

Activities:

Perform maintenance on the various machines
Together with your colleagues, look for solutions to prevent disruptions
Mostly mechanical work, but also certainly electrical maintenance
Working on fully automatic production lines
Provide preventive maintenance to the machines

Your profile:

You have relevant experience in the technical sector
You have an affinity with PLC controls
You preferably speak the Dutch language
You are willing to work in 2 shifts with consignment services
You have the drive to make everything in the machine park your own
Knowledge of robotics, hydraulics, pumps and gas burners is an advantage

Welder

As a welder you will mainly make customer-specific products. You will weld grilles as the customer expects them. Quality is very important here. Do you have no certificates but do have experience? No problem!

Activities:

You will weld grids using: technical drawings
You ensure a high-quality weld on the grid
You will complete simple but also complex schedules
You check the schedules for quality
You ensure the optimal condition of (welding) equipment

Your profile:

You have some experience as a welder, certificates or training is an advantage
You can read drawing
You speak the Dutch, English or German language
You can work independently and purposefully
